Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing your design from FYImerch.  

We do our best to ensure that you receive a quality custom product in the quickest time available for a custom product and we want you to be completely satisfied with your product.

We want to make sure you get what you have ordered so please ensure you have measured to make sure the product is the right size as well as the print you have chosen is the one that you want.

We have made a decision to use high quality products from leading manufacturers of garments so that we can provide you with the highest quality for the price.

We supply all the measurements images so that you can make the decision on size and design. Please double check these prior to placing your order as this will be the product that will be dispatched.

What Can You Return:

Returns that will be approved:

  • misprinted/damaged/defective items if submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.
  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense

Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition. 

Item(s) that have been deemed to have been worn and/or cleaned will not be refunded.

Returns that will not be approved:

  • Your order will not be approved for return if you have not measured correctly or not chosen the correct print. If you have been sent the wrong size please submit a problem report for review.
  • We do not refund orders for change of mind.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. If you still want the product you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

FYImerch reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
